SPR# MROE68XNT6 - DAMO now registers a callback handler and processes the rename request (along with other server requests).

Problem:
This behavior can be caused by the user using an id file that has not yet had
the new name written to the id file. The name contained in the id file be
confirmed using the DAMO password dialog. The fully hierarchical Notes name
displays on the title bar of the dialog (DAMO 6.5.4 and later).
